Payroll for a shop with more than one branch. You mark attendance; RetailWiz already knows what each salesman sold. Every other figure on the payslip is worked out from those two — commission, late fines, a share of a stock shortage, the advance being recovered.

Most shops do not pay a salary in one go. The software should not pretend they do.
The payslip is made whole once the month is over — salary, every deduction and the commission, full and final. Then you record money as it is handed over: once, twice, three times when cash is short. Paying never changes the payslip. It always shows net · paid so far · still to pay, and the status follows by itself.
Each of these is a setting, not a fixed rule. Your shop states its rules, and the payslip follows them.
Present, half day, leave, absent or off — marked for one day or a whole month at a time, with a day off for everyone in one click. Half days and unpaid leave turn into deducted days by your rule.
A grace period, then bands: no charge, a fine, a half day or an absence. Fines can differ by designation, and a number of late marks can count as one absence.
Sales arrive from RetailWiz already tagged to the salesman. Slabs step up against the target. A salesman earns on their own sales; a branch manager on everything rung up at that branch.
When stock goes missing at a branch, split it equally, by salary, by percentage or amount by amount. Exempt who should be exempt, and let the company carry the rest if you choose.
Named allowances such as conveyance, each its own payslip line, pro-rated for a part month. Eid, performance and attendance bonuses sit beside them.
Interest-free advances recovered over instalments. Fines from your own list of reasons. Security held and later refunded on a schedule, with the balance printed on every payslip.
A paid month is protected by closing it, not by hoping nobody edits it.
A reaudit does not quietly rewrite history. It records what every affected payslip moved by, from what to what, and who did it.
A branch manager who can only see their own branch is stopped by the database, not just by a menu that happens to be hidden.
Every table filters, groups, chooses its columns, sorts, exports to CSV and prints.

Payroll reads your branches, your salesmen and their sales from RetailWiz. It never writes to RetailWiz, and nothing is typed in twice.

Yes. Your branches and salesmen come from RetailWiz, and so do the sales that commission is worked out from. Payroll only reads them — it never writes to RetailWiz, and nothing is typed in twice.
Yes, and that is how it is built. The payslip is what is owed; each handover is recorded against it on its own date, as many times as it takes. The payslip always shows the net, what has been paid so far and what is still to pay.
The payslip says so. Net pay can be below zero — a large shortage share, say, in a month with an advance being recovered. Nothing is paid that month, and the shortfall stays on that person’s balance rather than disappearing.
Only by reopening it on purpose. Each branch’s month is closed on its own, and once closed nothing lands in it by accident. The owner can reaudit a branch with a reason, and the system records what every affected payslip moved by.
Tell us how you paid it — the slabs, the fines, the shortage — and we will show you the same month worked out.
