Zeemovil

Type the IMEI. The handset identifies itself.

Your cashier does not pick the phone off a list — he scans the box, and the right unit, at the right cost, leaves stock. Purchase, sale and warranty, all held against that one number.

In one paragraph

Zeemovil is built for mobile retail, where every unit has an identity and two “identical” handsets can differ by colour, warranty and what you paid for them.

It is RetailWiz Full with serial tracking built in — so you are buying a mature retail and accounting system, not a niche tool that only counts phones.

  • 1number does the work. Purchase, sale and warranty all hang off the IMEI
  • 6serial-tracking features, and every one of them is a screen in the product
  • 151reports, inherited whole from Full. Nothing was cut down for the phone shop
  • 2001the year the support line started being answered from Lahore
Your stock list

Five phones, not “five”

Enter a quantity of five on the delivery and, once the serials are in, the line does not stay a line. It becomes five rows of one — each with its own IMEI, its own colour and its own warranty term.

That last part matters more than it sounds. Two units of the same handset off the same delivery can carry different warranties, and the shop that sold the six-month one needs to know which it was.

Your stock report stops being a count and becomes a list of specific objects you own.

Serial tracking

The part that matters in a mobile shop

Six things. Every one of them is a screen in the product, not a bullet on a brochure.

Forty phones in, forty serials captured

Enter the quantity and the serial grid opens with one empty row per unit. Scan down the list — the consignment is forty phones, and the system knows which forty.

The serial picks the product

At the counter your cashier does not choose the handset. He enters the IMEI and the right line fills itself, at the right cost.

Two identical phones, different warranties

Colour and warranty terms sit on the unit, not on the model. Two of the same handset can carry different terms, and the system keeps them apart.

Whole history per handset

The delivery it arrived on, what you paid, the invoice it left on, and to whom — one search, both ends.

No receipt, eight months later

A customer walks in with a handset and nothing else. Search the IMEI, find the sale, settle it in seconds.

Accessories on the same bill

Cases and chargers billed the ordinary way, on the same invoice as the phone.

A serial entered twice

The rule you set, enforced at the counter

A handset already sold cannot be sold again, and one already in stock cannot be received again. The system stops the entry rather than letting two records of the same phone quietly exist.

It is a setting, not a wall. Some businesses genuinely need duplicates allowed, and you can switch it on. We would rather tell you that than claim it is impossible — because the day it matters, you will find out.

The same check runs on the goods receive note and on the sale invoice.

One handset, start to finish

How it actually runs

1The consignment

Five phones come in the box

You enter the quantity and press add. The serial window opens on its own, already holding five empty rows — one per handset. You scan down the list. Nothing to count twice, nothing to reconcile afterwards.

  • Rows created from the quantity, so a missed unit is a visible blank
  • Colour, warranty and specification captured per unit
  • An IMEI already in stock is refused before it can double-count

Five rows waiting, one for each handset in the box

2The sale

The handset names itself

This is the moment worth watching in a demo. Your cashier does not search a product list, does not pick a variant, does not decide which of the five units is leaving. He enters the IMEI and the line fills in — the right phone, the right colour, the right warranty and the cost you actually paid for that one.

  • One field, one scan — no product lookup at all
  • The cost carried is that unit’s cost, so the margin is real
  • Sold or not in stock, and the entry is refused

One number typed, and the rest of the line writes itself

Months later

He has the phone but not the receipt

Nobody keeps the slip. Search the IMEI — the serial number and the IMEI are the same thing — and the whole life of that handset comes up: the delivery it arrived on in July, the invoice it left on in August, and what it cost you both times.

One search, both ends of a handset’s life

Tick Generate List and the same search stops being one phone and becomes the whole consignment — the one that sold, and the four still on your shelf. Both views come out of the same movements, so they cannot disagree about which handset went where.

Transcribed from the Search Serial No. History screen. The columns, the search fields and the View Inv button are the real ones; the serials are valid IMEIs rather than the capture’s test value, and Generate List is drawn as a switch instead of a checkbox.

And everything RetailWiz Full does

Zeemovil is built on RetailWiz Full — so billing, stock, branches, customer credit, day-end closing, the balance sheet and the whole 151-report suite are all included. You are not choosing between a phone system and a real one.

The four questions we always get

Answered before you ask

Is it a monthly fee?

No. The licence is one-time. Monthly support is separate, and optional.

What if the internet goes down?

The software does not need it. Receiving, billing and IMEI lookups all run on your own machine. A cloud option exists if you want it.

Can I bring my existing stock across?

Items and supplier data import from Excel, and we migrate from the system you are on now.

Will my staff be able to read it?

The interface is available in English and Urdu.

Reports

Everything Full reports, plus the serial

Zeemovil is RetailWiz Full with the serial engine switched on, and it inherits the whole Analysis & Reports menu — not a cut-down mobile-shop version of it.

Serial Engine +

The one Full does not have: search a serial and get the unit — the delivery it came in on, the invoice it left on, and the profit it made.

The 151 is the RetailWiz Full menu, counted group by group off the live software. The Serial Engine search is the screen on this page above — it is the same lookup, reached from the reports side.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Is Zeemovil a different system from RetailWiz?

It is RetailWiz Full with serial-number tracking built in. Same screens, same support, same accounting.

Can I track a phone after it is sold?

Yes. Search the IMEI and you get its whole history — the delivery it arrived on and the invoice it left on — which is what makes a warranty claim a ten-second job.

What happens if the same IMEI is entered twice?

It is rejected — on the goods receive note if that handset is already in stock, and on the sale invoice if it has already been sold. There is a setting to allow duplicates for businesses that need it, so it is a rule you control rather than a wall.

Do I have to type IMEIs by hand?

No. Enter the quantity and the serial grid opens with one empty row per unit, so you scan straight down the list.

Do I sell accessories on the same system?

Yes — cases and chargers are billed the ordinary way, on the same invoice as the handset.

Do not buy this for the reporting. Zeemovil is RetailWiz Full with serial tracking built through it — every report Full has, Zeemovil has. If nothing you sell carries a serial number, you are paying for machinery you will never touch. Buy Full instead, and pay less.

The serial is the reason to be here. If two identical units have to be told apart — different warranties, different suppliers, one of them coming back eight months later without a receipt — that is what this is for, and nothing else on our list does it.
